I CAN'T REGISTER for My Virgin Media account

Every time I click on the REGISTER link to sign up for MY VIRGIN MEDIA it just returns a default screen saying the service is unavailable and to try later - i've been doing this for the past 2-3 days - tried from the AP - and PC with different browsers - no luck.   screen shot below - ANY HELP?

The screenshot is not being uploaded for some reason - sorry.

But if anyone can help with the original post that would be good.
