When I signed up the person refused to put in my flat letter for my address. They said that my flat letter didn’t show up, but I was trying to explain to them that they should still put it in, but they said that it wouldn’t really matter. I’ve called before and someone said they would add the flat letter to my address as it wouldn’t make sense to do a change of address form as I’m not moving. It’s been how many months of trying to get help to change it and nothing has changed and I haven’t received help
Also because of this issue I can’t sign up for volt rewards (I’m an o2 customer as well) because the address must be the same.
