£40 charge for hub -already returned with other equipment.

Hi, any virgin staff on here that can sort this out for me please? I recently disconnected my services and returned all my equipment (v6, TiVo, and hub3) in the prepaid packaging.I have this week recieved an email and text saying that the hub wasnt recieved and I would be charged £40 but obviously as it was all sent together via collect plus in the same package virgin must have it somewhere?Hope you can help. I'm away on hols but have the receipt at home.
