Just had the phone switched over to VOIP and had the new router installed.
Also had an emergency Phone caller installed as I am disabled with a Alarm fitted in case of falling
Ever since then, intermittently we have a call, the caller can hear me saying hello but I cant hear them (as if its a silent caller and its very frightning )
It doesn't happen every time but 3-4 times per week .
Has any one else had this problem when transferred to this service (voip)

Do you have logs of when this happens with the incoming call telephone numbers, with exact date and times? We'll be able to ask them to check if so.

I'm getting similar issues across three different devices, Apple and Samsung. This suggests it's either network or account related.

Could you please expand a little more on the kind of problems that you've been having. Does this only happen when you receive a call from a certain number, or does this issue occur with every number? Please provide as much information as possible so that I can best advise.
