Phone bill Increase

Hi I have been with virgin media on a 12 month contract paying £29 per month for the basic virgin media bundle including  free evening and weekend calls to other landlines.  This month my phone bill shot up to £59 I need to completely end the contact or amend it. I’m a little distraught

I believe it was and I would like to make some changes so that I don’t have to pay so much £51. Is there anyway I can speak to someone please?

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

be aware that changing anything on your deal will start a new 12 month contract - same number if you want to give 30 days notice
