My Home Land line is not working again

My Home land line is not working again but my Virgin app is saying there is NO problem in my area. BH6 3DD.Can anyone help as it is a joke trying to get through to Virgin help desk?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your Landline. I've taken a look at the services in the postcode you've provided and there don't appear to be any known issues in the area. Can you expand on how the Landline isn't working, so we can assist further?

Can you also confirm how you're plugging in your Landline? Is it in the wall socket, or back of the Hub?

I have no ring tone the line is just dead and it is plugged into a wall socket.
