Hi, writing on behalf of my in laws who aren't very comfortable with technology. since Thursday their home phone on PSTN has been engaged. Their broadband and TV is fine. I asked them to do the self care checks but essentially with all phones unplugged when ringing you get an engaged line. Seems like an exchange or line issue. Says no issues with the self checker though. Can someone help please?

Fixed now
