I am at present away abroad but need to contact Virgin Media in order for them to correct an ongoing error on my account. The customer service team continually promise but do not deliver. I need an email address for customer service which will actually be read - I cannot phone at the moment as the phone bill would be too high.
Thanks for your reply. In September I rang - as my discounts were about to end - and the bill was due to go up again anyway. I was told that if I reduced my broadband to 50 - my bill would go down £6. My broadband speed was immediately reduced - but the bill did not go down. As this was offered by a 2 different VM reps - I am absolutely disgusted - that they can act on one change but not the other. In 2 separate phone calls I have been told I should be paying £37 - I have already paid annual line rental - but the bill that has just come in was over £46. You could not make it up!
