Customer support consistency

For all those who have tried to terminate their phone line with VM.

How  knowledgeable are the call centre staff  in the process of your request?

i have called 5 times, spoken to 5 diierent people, I had 5 different answers.

nearly a month later, still nothing done.

Any body can beat that ?

Not sure if you can help.

I have spoken to so many people. Unless you want te be different and actually help me  cancelling my phone line,

Last time that I have spoken to VM help desk, I wast old that my line will be disconnect on Friday 15th in the evening,

Here I am today with the line still up and running ,

I hase been a month now and nothing is done about it .

Can you do something ?

We can certainly see what we can do for you.

 

Just to check, have you made arrangements to take the number with you to a new provider at all? Sometimes this can delay the phoneline closing down.

Error in the system

Can’t send the private message as, apparently, I have reached the maximum number of private messages that I can send.

( I havent sent any) 

Looks like everything is done for my problem to continue ,

the light at the end of tunnel is not for soon.
