My landline hasn’t been working since yesterday. The handsets both say ‘check phone line’ and I have no dial tone and cant make/receive calls. I have checked the status in my area and there are no issues. Can someone please help?

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your landline service.
Can you please check the following for me -
- Try plugging the handset in to a different socket
- Trying a different handset
- All cables are secure into the equipment
- There is no damage to the cables
