Caller number display

My caller display has stopped working over the last few days, having worked OK for years. I spoke to a Virgin advisor yesterday who convinced me the problem was my phone. I bought a new phone and the problem is still there. I spoke to another Virgin advisor today who says my caller display is active and I should buy another phone, which I am not prepared to do. It is obvious to me that there is a fault with the Virgin equipment.  How do I get someone to sort this out?

Hey phil999,

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your caller display and for what the team told you on recent call with them.

 

I have taken the feature off and re-added this back to your number, please can you try this now and let me know if the issue has been resolved.

This is going to need a tech to come and see if they are able to resolve the issue, I have taken the opportunity to book the appointment for you, It is for tomorrow between the hours of 12-4, If this time or date isn't suitable for you then please do let me know and I will re-book this for you.
