My caller display has stopped working over the last few days, having worked OK for years. I spoke to a Virgin advisor yesterday who convinced me the problem was my phone. I bought a new phone and the problem is still there. I spoke to another Virgin advisor today who says my caller display is active and I should buy another phone, which I am not prepared to do. It is obvious to me that there is a fault with the Virgin equipment. How do I get someone to sort this out?
