Lag spikes are back and worse than ever (WoW) {Area 20, M6]

My partner is getting lag spikes when gaming again (raiding on WoW, Silvermoon server). Powercycling the network did nothing, neither did any of Virgin's router tests, setting up port forwarding or flushing the DNS.

We bought a new Wifi card (Asus PCE-AC68) to replace the existing dongle, which appeared to have solved the issue... until today.

Any other ideas? Thinkbroadband graph and tracert/pathping results below.

Does anyone have a suggestion for improving this?

Re: Pathping results

Trying pathping as included in Windows is pointless.

It only works properly if EVERY host along the route responds to pings.

A better tool would be WinMTR

https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/

Re: Lag spikes are back and worse than ever (WoW) {Area 20, M6]

WiFi is horrible for gaming, I'd personally go hardwired and see if the problem persists.
