ntl world

can you delete my daughters old ntlworld e-mail address which was linked to my account.

the account has been hacked and now sending spam e-mails and virgin media say they  can't delete it

Oh yes they can, but we need more information because you might be able to do it. Are you still a VM customer with a broadband account to which your daughters's account is linked? If so go into My Virginmedia and delete it yourself. If not post back here and VM's Forum Team will get it sorted (with a bit of luck).

yes I am a VM broadband customer, I rang Vm and they said there was nothing they could do.

I deleted my daughters e-mail from my account 8 years ago and she can no longer remember the password

If it was deleted then there's a good chance that the deletion didn't take fully.

The Forum Team can take a look at this for you and if necessary escalate it to the email team to have it dealt with properly.  They'll get to the post ASAP - but it may take a few days to do so - keep watching this thread.
