Assuming you are the VM account holder, you sign in to my virgin media website and use the change password link in my profile page if your primary address. This sets it for myvirginmedia AND the email address - both have the same password. If it is a secondary address, you go to the manage accounts tab and can reset the password there.
(If not the account holder, ask them for help)
