Hi same issue for me for over 10 days now. Numerous phone calls to tech support without any success. hoping this will be resolved soon as im missing important emails as the days without a VM mailbox continue
I am not a VM broadband user, and have been using the @virgin.net account since dial up days...…….
Which having read some of the VM community posts now, probably means the account has been shut down, which is somewhat annoying as some notice would have been useful to retrieve addresses and transfer links etc...…..
