This is a general fault due to a failed software upgrade ?(VM haven't said how many are affected still), according to Complaints support

I have done all the "turn it off and on again", change password ( 4 times so far), give it an hour, give it 24 hours,. try another browser (Tried edge, chrome, safari, Firefox, silk, Opera.

Had a couple of calls back admitting there is a major problem and "engineers are working on it", give it another 24 hours

as of today still waiting to see my emails from blueyonder

I’m still having no access to my blueyonder mail after 3wks, and yes I’ve done the same as everyone else, change passwords etc, sick of this poor service with no end in site😡

My @virgin.net email account was locked last week, and I cannot access it..

What can be done to fix this?

Hi same issue for me for over 10 days now. Numerous phone calls to tech support without any success. hoping this will be resolved soon as im missing important emails as the days without a VM mailbox continue Man Sad

What virgin media phone contact details did you use? As I am just an email user, working out who to contact to register the fault has been a challenge.....

You Just need to do the 150 and speak to the first line assistance ( in Thailand)

I would tell them you realise there is a general fault and to please elevate it to the tech department

What good it does ????

Steve. quick question, are you a current VM broadband user and if so have you always been since first getting the virgin.net account?

I am not a VM broadband user, and have been using the @virgin.net account since dial up days...…….

Which having read some of the VM community posts now, probably means the account has been shut down, which is somewhat annoying as some notice would have been useful to retrieve addresses and transfer links etc...…..Smiley Sad
