It will take twenty minutes or so before everyone can see the image you posted.
Not clear whether the address you are having problems with is a blueyonder one or an ntlworld one?
Edited to add: Sorry entirely my mistake, having looked at the image again I see you are using the Bluemail app. I use this on my mobile and it is totally independent of Virgin Media.

Hi, Can someone please give me an update as sent a reply back to my private message and I haven't heard anything back. I've now been without emails for over 3 weeks and I have important emails been sent to me which I cannot get to via webmail or my phone.
I've tried to sign in via a browser and I just get this message...

I have already tried the password reset several times and this has not helped.
I've tried checking all my email settings and also tried to set it up on different email providers but this has not helped. I have now not have access to my emails since 11th June and really I need access them to them.
