Errors when receiving and sending mail

Hi, 

I have changed my password at 21.40 but it is still showing the below error20190617_220228.jpg

It will take twenty minutes or so before everyone can see the image you posted.

Not clear whether the address you are having problems with is a blueyonder one or an ntlworld one?

Edited to add:  Sorry entirely my mistake, having looked at the image again I see you are using the Bluemail app. I use this on my mobile and it is totally independent of Virgin Media.

That's an IMAP error.  Is that the error you were getting previously.

Hi, Can someone please give me an update as sent a reply back to my private message and I haven't heard anything back.  I've now been without emails for over 3 weeks and I have important emails been sent to me which I cannot get to via webmail or my phone.

Hi Chelleuk32,

 

I'm sorry to hear that this is still on going. So we can establish what could be causing this issue could you let us if you're able to sign into the email account via webmail on a browser?

 

If you're not able to sign in, are you getting an error message at all?

 

If you are able to sign in could I ask that you change your password and then update this in any email clients you use.

I've tried to sign in via a browser and I just get this message...

I have already tried the password reset several times and this has not helped.

I've tried checking all my email settings and also tried to set it up on different email providers but this has not helped. I have now not have access to my emails since 11th June and really I need access them to them.
