Presumably this white Ford van is marked as belonging to Virgin Media? At least it is taxed and MOT'd. I do sometimes wonder if VM engineers (possibly the driver here) are adversely affected if they cause VM to incur a £30 automatic compensation charge for missing scheduled appointments thereby providing a perverse incentive to drive badly (or maybe they were just late for tea).

They do use Ford vans I believe.

However the issue is that without some evidence, what will happen? Hypothetically VM make the effort to even look into this*, find that this van was driven by Joe Bloggs on that day. His manager talks to him and Joe Bloggs denies everything and suggests that ‘the complainant is just a disgruntled ex-customer making trouble’.

Your word against his!

* they won’t by the way!
