Weird issue, on this forum I can’t reply to private messages, because I can scroll down the click the reply input field 😂

 

I’ve tried Safari and Chrome

I find that I have to switch to Desktop Site view for it to work. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
