Hi

The red led on the base of my Hub 3 is constantly on red? Is this correct? It is on an open shelf and out of direct sunlight. It has been turned on and off umpteen times.. We cannot connect the VM Connect app to the hub. Is this related to the issue. Customer service have raised an IT ticket for the latter but wondering if the advisor missed the fact the light was on constant red? It is a few years old. Do I need a new router? It doen's feel warm so dont think it's overheating.

Any ideas? VM if you're listening please send me a new router or a technician. Ta.
