Hello,
i lost broadband service this morning and factory reset the hub 5 in a vain attempt to fix it. Following reset I have a flashing blue light and when I go into hub 5 status I see « Internet » indicates that the router is « requesting CM IP address ».
I have reset several times and get the same result.
Is there anything else I can do other then getting a technician around to take a look?
i really need my connection for work, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are facing issues with your Hub 5.0, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and could only check so much due to the Router being in Modem mode, If you are still facing the same issues please can you put the Hub 5.0 back in Router mode.
