Virgin Connect app can’t find hub 3

I am trying to get some free Wi-Fi pods because my internet speed is like 90s dialup. I’ve been told I need to use the virgin connect app to get them but it can’t find my hub 3.0!

Use of any kind of VPN or Private Browsing Tools blocks the VM Connect app from see the Hub's network.

Unless you have a VOLT account it will be far less costly to buy Wireless Repeaters.

I'm not on a VPN and don't have any private browsing tools to my knowledge.

They are sending me some free wireless pods, hopefully that will sort it.

By some miracle the connect app is now connecting and telling me I have a super strong wifi signal in every room of my house. Weird because when I'm uploading files i'm getting around 100kb/s on average!

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
