My Virgin Media internet is working well, but VM Connect cannot find my Hub4. It is 4 days since installation.

Once VM's back office systems have catch up with the Hub installation the VM Connect app will begin to work. So try again every few days.
Until then manage the Hub at http://192.18.0.1/
