Hi, I've been getting a bunch of packet losses recently over the weekend.  A power cycle normally fixes it for about 24 hours until it goes back to doing the same thing again, I want to know if it's possible to book an engineer to fix this

This was the result but for the past three or so hours I've been getting short but high packet losses when gaming.

Your M125 connection is a very solid connection to the internet. Latency and Jitter are very low, Packet loss is Zero.

The problems of UDP packet loss with games usually lie far beyond our home internet connection or ISP.

PC Games & Consoles are great at giving stats but avoid explaining where the packets were lost or more often just became out of order.
