Hi, got a constant red light on my Hub 3. I’ve checked all the connections, restarted and reset the hub but nothing has made a difference. I’ve tried calling and using online chat to solve the problem but I’m getting nowhere. The adviser’s have just stuck to their script and aren’t listening to the problem. Having read this forum and reading the tech support from Virgin, it’s clear the box has overheated. Can anyone advise anything different to what I’ve found so far or do I need to hope a forum team member read this and manages to help?
