Create account password issue

Hello,

As many in this forum I’m unable to create a Virgin Media account since no password ever “meets the criteria”. I have tried dozens of combinations and followed the numerous suggestions in this forum from other users and moderators but to no success. Have been trying to get this sorted for a couple of months now.

 Can someone please assist?
