Landline changeover to Fibre network - Tech visit needed please

Hello,

I manage my father's Virgin Media account on his behalf (I have power of attorney registered with Virgin Media).

He has accessibility needs and we need to book in a technician's visit to:

1. Run cabling from the hub (located upstairs) to the main telephone (downstairs).
2. Modify his home phone wiring so he can use his existing landline extension sockets via the phone connection from the VM hub.
3. Provide a back-up line for use in emergencies.

I understand as part of the changeover that these changes/visits are free of charge and no additional charges will be added to his account.

Can you please contact me to arrange a date/time for the technician's visit.

Hello HotChocolate.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
We would happily arrange for an engineer to come out and rewire existing set up for you.

It would also be possible to set up a back up line at the same time.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
