Hi,
I am trying to log into my virgin media online account. It was set up years ago when it was first taken over from NTLWorld and I don't know the password.
I can't reset it online as it asks for my date of birth and mother's maiden name. I obviously know the answer to both but it is rejecting them so they must be stored incorrectly in the Virgin Media database.
How can I get a password reset done?
