Upgraded package switching on

Joining in


upgraded to volt 600 and upgraded tv package 30th June 2023. In the morning, how long does it take to get these switch on?

still on the same package, we need ultra f1 before Sunday.

currently on hold to VM


just found out that I could have installed the new equipment but Atishia insisted that we had to have an engineer visit.

which means we’ve got to wait until the 10th July for the ultra HD channels 

Currently an unhappy customer of VM since you took over from NTL

I know about the extra smart box for the multi room but just found out we’re getting a new router. Ours is set to modem mode in our house as I have a powerful wireless router.

just a bit miffed by the ‘must have an engineer’ install and to be informed today that I could have done it, we’d be up and running this week , plus save an engineers time on someone requiring more support.

so….. we will not be getting Ultra HD till the 10th July.
