Live chat . Lowering bill

Hello . I received an email saying my bill will increase an extra £9 a month . I can't afford that at all . I'm trying to find live chat to talk to some1 ( don't like speaking on phone as I am part deaf and struggle with accents) . How do I find live chat please . I don't want to switch to sky if I can help it.

You can try the following page, there should be an online Live chatbox to click on, on the right hand side of the page.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also you can text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.This often takes 4-6 hours- phone calls take priority. However, it's taking longer at present due to the price rise emails.

Whenever I find a "Live Chat" or "Chat to us online " box clicking it does nothing - no message no chat opens - I have a hearing problem so would much prefer to chat - can someone help me do that

You might have to enable pop ups in your browser to allow the chat window to open.
