Looking to move from Sky but our address not showing when searching on the website. Our neighbours on either side are on there. Our address is also on the Royal Mail website. We also have fibre installed via BT open reach. Can we still get virgin as clearly an issue their end as our house and our neighbours used to be one bungalow. Any ideas? Thanks
