I received my hub 5 I think I may have changed the password. I can't login to switch 2.4 to add devices.

A 60 second press of the RESET button, should after some recovery time restore the Hub 5 to the factory passwords.

Why do you need to adjust the Wi-Fi ?  The Hub 5 will already be operating on BOTH 2.4Ghz and 5GHz. Is this a case of the device is not compatible with the Hub 5's Wi-Fi 6 service ?  I.E. the device can not see the Wi-Fi signal from the Hub 5 ?
