I am having the same exact problem as described here.
It is now two days that I've not had access to my emails with devastating consequences. It will appear I am not alone. Can someone please help. @Roberthill0 are you able to help, please? It appears that my email account is locked and no matter what I do I can't get access to my email account. I can log into the Virgin media app on my phone, however when I get in there it is now allowing me to generate an App password. It rejects the password. HELP PLEASE!
