Hi Gareth, thanks for getting back. I'm already on the V6 box, there seems to be a big jump to the 360, could I get an engineer to swap it as I'm not very tech aware.

I keep getting messages to "upgrade" to the v360 box but having read some of these comments I'd rather stay where I am. Am I being a dinasaur and how long have I got until I have to ???

Hi, I'm trying to pair my Edison email app to my ntlworld.com email account. I think my old 'app password' (not my normal password) is incorrect. How can I change it (in easy language please) :) Thanks....

Can't link my email account with another email app
I have been using 'Edison Mail' app for some time now. I have just upgraded to a new laptop and now Virgin are blocking me when I try to link it ? I entered my password and also my secondary password but it still blocks me saying "contact your provider" Can anyone help ?

Virgin states that I can download on to the cloud. Do I pay for this or can I download to Google Drive where I have an account ? Also can I watch them anywhere in the world as stated ?
