    If the TV is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi make sure it has a strong Wi-Fi signal.

    The speed on any VM internet service is plenty for TV streaming Apps.

    Other issues can be the TV's age, once the internal Apps stop being updated they get left behind. This is why Fire TV sticks are so popular giving an older but perfectly working TV a new lease of life with a device and Apps that are up to date again.

    You have a V6 or a 360, so are you using the box's apps or TV's apps? In most cases it's best to use the box's apps.
