app password
Hi, I'm trying to pair my Edison email app to my ntlworld.com email account. I think my old 'app password' (not my normal password) is incorrect. How can I change it (in easy language please) :)

Instructions for generating the app password are below (using the 'My Virgin Media' login for the mailbox you are trying to set up) along with server settings

When you are setting up your email client program you use your ntlworld email address along with the app password.
