Email app passwords not working

I have been using the email app passwords without any problems until yesterday. Since then I have tried with various apps - Outlook, Spark, Thunderbird and Apple Mail - and nothing works. I have tried resetting the app password several times but it does not work with any app.

Can anybody help?
