Lost fibre phone adapter.

I received the adapter roughly two weeks ago but have misplaced it while changing rooms around. I tried to phone to order a replacement but I cant remember my memorable word. Is there a way for me to get a replacement without the memorable word?

Hi, I've just come to use the phone and it's silent. Incoming calls don't make a sound.Pretty sure it worked on installation.Is it linked to BT at all - had big problem with them ceasing service.

Resolved! Landline overcharge.

Virgin charged me for calls when I was on holiday, no one in my house. I have rang Virgin 3 times about this, each time I have been told I will get a refund. So far no refund.
