Landline cable

After not using a landline for a number of years we now want to have one to use. I have lost the cable and adapter that was provided prior to the switchover and was wondering how I can get a replacement please?

How do I get my landline working? Tried several times get absolutely nowhere, very ill partner and need landline for health contacts and appointments....shocking service.

VOI cutting off

I'm trying to contact my insurance company and get put on hold as usual.The connection seems to cut out after 7 mins 30 secs. Tried three times, same result.Is this a 'time out' feature of VOI?If so, can I disable it?

No phone AGAIN...

I am getting rather sick of this now.The phone is dead yet again, no line cord error until I unplug the line - just like last time. Just like last time checking on website 'No problem reported', my mate round the corner has Virgin phone and thats OK....

Landline number transfer issues

Is someone able to help with a landline number transfer from Sky please ? We keep being given transfer dates and promises that just don’t materialise and are currently paying for both Sky and Virgin with still nofirm date.

System down... no landline... no mobile

VM had planned maintenance in our area which was supposed to finish at 6am today.it didn't... there is know a registered fault on their status page to say service expected to return by 4pm. So I can't make landline calls as in their wisdom  the phone...
