My broadband service hasnt been upgraded
I have been sent an offer via email to upgrade my broadband speed. I sign for it, signed a new contract. My service suppose to start from 04.10.2023 but its not changted at all. Any ideas???

Upload speed for Gig1 and M500 packages should be increasing today to 104Mbps and 52Mbps respectively. Just give your hub a reboot and it should update automatically.
