Technician visit

Hi we have been without TV and broadband since Tuesday and arranged for a technician to come between 4-7 tonight so tso they still come if it’s after the time allocated? Not had anything saying they are running behind.

Resolved! Extremely low upload

Anyone no why I am getting my normal download ( 263.1 & up over) but extremely low upload  (2.3 & lowest 1.0 ) , I am on the fibre 250, this has been happening for 2 weeks nearly my 3rd week. I can't find the live chat either.

No Wi-fi using Ethernet cable

HiNeither my son or myself are unable to get internet using an Ethernet cable direct to the router. Coincidentally both our work IT departments after doing ther checks have suggested an issue with the router.Does this sound feasible?Thanks, Paul
