Internet connectivity issues

48 hours of no internet! .. connects for 1 minute or so then total loss for 30 mins.. and the cycle continues endlessly.Support hasn't been helpful at all. Automated bots just keep updating guestimated resolutions times by adding 2 hours every cycle....
