Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

WiFi Pod won't connect to Hub 4

HiI have been sent a WiFi Pod (white). I've followed the set-up instructions, but the pod just pulses white. The Connect app can't find it either ("Your wifi pod is offline"). I have a Hub 4. The pod is currently located right next to it.Any ideas?
