Calling Virgin Media but it says 'Capgemini'

When I call: 0345 454 1111 it says it's being recieved by Capgemini. I'm a little on a nervous security side of things at the moment so want to check if that's legit.

Hi, i had a phone call from. Virgin media on my mobile which came up as capgemini regarding a problem with my email,which I'd reported and was waiting for IT to call, they asked the security questions etc, and sorted out my locked email account which is now working fine after being down for 3weeks so i'd say that it's a genuine virginmedia IT line!

Capgemini take calls for third parties, so certainly possible.

Ask them to confirm your account number before providing any personnal data to be sure.
