Red light on hub 3.0

Red Light on Hub 3.0 for over a month. Tried resetting but no change. All cables secure. Hub not over heating. Internet connection intermittent and wifi signal often weak.

Hi, I currently have Wi-Fi pods from virgin media, however, I would like to upgrade these to the super pods (the pods with 2 Ethernet ports) can anyone advise how to do this? I’m aware they give a higher throughput.
