Hi Raghbirdhillon,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
We're very sorry to hear about the drop in your service.
Have you been able to check the service page for any reported area issues: https://virg.in/servicechecker

Yes, this issue consistently keeps happening even when there's no issues reported in the area.

Thanks for coming back to the thread Raghbirdhillon, and we're sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with your connection of late.
Looking into the local area there doesn't appear to be any issues present that may be causing you any issues.
Can you please complete a reboot on your hub, using the switch on the back of the router and leaving this switched off for approximately 30 seconds, before then switching back on and monitoring the connection for the next 24 hours?
It would also be helpful if you can confirm if the 2.5Gbps ports are being used on the router currently.
Thanks,
David_Bn
