TV picture breaking up, tried ringing 150 gave up after 10 minutes . Please send me an engineer

Can you explain more about your picture breaking up - a picture might also help?

Does this happen on live TV? OnDemand? Streaming? Recorded programmes?

Also is it certain channels that are affected or all the channels (live TV)?
