Received my second box today.
I already have a 360 plus a broadband hub downstairs but only one cable coming in to the property.
Any way of splitting the existing line? or do i need an engineer to install a second socket.

If you don't have a co-ax connection point where you want to use any VM equipment, you'll need a manned installation to provide them. Whether the connection is split internally or externally will depend on the practicalities of your home and where the cables are needed.

This is not a DIY job. VM use specialised cabling, & most of the time cabling alterations require access to the street cabinet as the signal level needs to be increased to compensate for the increase in resistance on your cable drop.

Hi @pyromyst,
Thank you for your posts and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the installation of some new equipment. From what you've explained, it sounds like you would require a manned install. Have you discussed and arranged this with the team yet since your posts, or do you need further assistance?
Thanks,
