The next time I'm around my parents house, I'll check to see if their hub also needs replacing. Re: Are Hub 3s being retired? This is the news article: https://www.mirror.co.uk/tech/virgin-media-broadband-router-update-35038937 Are Hub 3s being retired? I saw a news article today about older broadband hubs being replaced. Mine is a Hub 3 and when I went onto the page mentioned in the article to check if mine is included it says that my hub needs replacing. Is the replacement of a hub a self-install or does an engineer have to do it? If the hub 3s are being retired, which generation are they being replaced with? I believe that my parents also have a Hub 3 so the same will apply to them as well. Re: TV guide (V/M box) Are both the hub and the TV box on the same electrical circuit? If they are then you could use powerline adapters, with Ethernet cables from them going to the TV box and the hub. Re: Printer connects to hub via 2G wifi, but only actually prints if you're connected to the 5G band Don't know if it would work but what about using a USB Type-B to Ethernet adapter with the printer? Re: Digital phone line, ethernet phone cabling question Cordless phones normally have a charger cradle for each handset in addition to the main handset. You might be able to get one that shows on the screen of every handset if there are any message. Some models you might be able to access any messages from any handset. Re: Eurosport to integrate with TNT Sports in UK and Ireland Will the existing Eurosport channels be re-branded as TNT Sports, coming under the £18 extra payment required to get TNT Sports or will they simply be axed and vanish? Re: Your Virgin Media TV box needs an upgrade Also the upgrade from the TiVo software to the 360 software on a V6 box is a one-way trip. You can't go back to TiVo once you've gone over to 360 Re: V6 Box Fault? Have you tried rebooting by switching it off at the mains socket in the wall for a few minuets?
