Hi I can’t watch tv go recordings on my laptop even ones that don’t say “on virgin tv only”..they come up the info splash screen but only say watch on tv..can’t watch any recordings at all I’m on win 11 ..any ideas? Any help would be great full .

Do you have a screenshot of this please, is there any error message that you're receiving when attempting to do this and does this differ when you're using another device?

 Everything says watch on tv ..nothing says watch ..using IE on Win 11

Okay thank you, can you try a different browser please at all or device perhaps, do you have the same issues there?

Why don't you sign into the ITVX website on your laptop to watch that particular program?
