Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

When is your install due please? Just checking as the details we've found would indicate that it's not yet installed in which case, the TV Go wouldn't be working.

10th august and i was told by one of your customer services that i could watch tv go now while im waiting for my servoces to be installed

I am sorry to hear of that, for TV GO to work, you need to have active service.
